Our mission

We believe engaged employees are the foundation of every successful organization. Too many workplaces struggle with low morale, high turnover, and disconnected teams — not because they don't care, but because they lack the right tools to foster a thriving culture.

Founded by Danya Salameh and Sandra Ezz, JoyBoost started in Ramallah from firsthand experience with the challenges of keeping distributed teams motivated and connected. We combine product, engineering, and organizational-psychology thinking to build something that actually moves the needle on engagement.
