The terms of using JoyBoost.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JoyBoost platform and website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using JoyBoost on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organization.

You must be at least 16 years old to use JoyBoost. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

JoyBoost is provided to organizations and their members. Your organization controls its workspace, including members, roles, settings, activities, and rewards, and is responsible for how it administers the Service for its members.

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes not uploading unlawful or infringing content, not attempting to access data that is not yours, not reverse engineering or scraping the platform, and not interfering with its security or operation.

You also agree not to manipulate points, rewards, or participation through fraudulent or deceptive means.

Points and rewards have no cash value, are not transferable except as the platform allows, and are subject to your organization's rules and to availability.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant JoyBoost a limited license to host, store, and display that content as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit.

Paid plans are billed according to the plan and pricing agreed with your organization. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise, and subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. This section is a template and should be aligned with your actual commercial terms.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by JoyBoost and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service except the limited right to use it.

You or your organization may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service or its users.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Where reasonable, we will make data available for export for a limited period.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoyBoost will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JoyBoost operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The specific governing law and dispute-resolution venue should be confirmed with legal counsel.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
